About This Place

Located in the vibrant heart of Miami, Super Machi is a distinguished Floridian restaurant and bar that masterfully celebrates Latin American flavors with a rich, enticing menu that will captivate your palate from the very first bite. The restaurant’s culinary strength lies in its ability to blend traditional dishes like Cochinillo Segoviano (Segovian Suckling Pig) and Rabo Encendido with classic Floridian favorites and innovative cocktails such as their refreshing Mojito and creamy Piña Colada.

Stepping into Super Machi, diners are welcomed into a lively yet comfortable atmosphere where the scent of perfectly grilled meats and spices fills the air, setting the stage for an authentic culinary journey. The menu is carefully curated, featuring star dishes like the juicy, marinated Chuletas De Cordero — lamb chops grilled to tender, succulent perfection — and the Ribeye Premium, a generous 16-ounce cut that promises an explosion of savory goodness in every bite. For those who appreciate tradition, the Cochinillo Segoviano is a must-try, presenting tender, slow-roasted suckling pig with a delightfully crispy skin that melts in your mouth.

Super Machi doesn’t just stop at mains. Their sides complement the mains beautifully, featuring options like Maduros (sweet fried plantains) that offer just the right touch of sweetness, Yuca Con Mojo – a wonderfully seasoned yucca dish – and Pan Gallego, an authentic Galician bread ideal for dipping and savoring every last bit of rich sauce. The culinary experience is rounded out with exquisite desserts, including the creamy Flan de Vainilla and the traditional Crema Catalana, which charm with subtle notes of vanilla and caramelized sugar.

What truly sets Super Machi apart is its balance between hearty, satisfying dishes and expertly crafted drinks. The bar selection is a highlight, where the classics such as the Cosmopolitan and Espresso elevate your meal with a smooth, invigorating finish.

Customers repeatedly praise the generosity of portions and the authenticity of flavors. For instance, Mario Davila applauds the value and variety in their buffet, noting an array of flavorful options like ajiaco, crispy fried chicken, and ribs accompanied by multiple rice dishes. While some guests, like Allan De Leon, found the buffet underwhelming compared to expectations, the à la carte menu consistently impresses, delivering an exquisite dining experience full of warmth and satisfaction. Paul Sanz recounts memorable group celebrations highlighted by theatrical whole roasted pig presentations, adding a festive and engaging vibe to the meal. Even with minor critiques about buffet variety and pricing, Super Machi’s dedication to quality and atmosphere shines through, making it a favored spot for both casual dining and special occasions.

In summary, Super Machi is a haven for meat lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike who seek an authentic, flavor-packed dining journey in Miami. Whether you’re savoring the smoky richness of their grilled meats or unwinding with a handcrafted mojito, this lively Floridian gem invites you to indulge in bold flavors and convivial moments. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of taste and tradition that stays with you long after the last bite.

The value is incredible. The buffet was limited but for the value that you are getting it was well worth it. They had three different types of rices, chicharros, ajiaco, crispy fried chicken, ribs, and plenty of sides to choose from. I was deceived by an Instagram video made by a foodie into thinking that items (like goat) were included but they are not. That's not their fault. I do see myself going back and ordering from the regular menu.

Went with a group of about 25 people so we had servers assigned to us making the rounds. We started out with appetizers for everyone buffet style, and then they brought out the whole roasted pig with a flare going off on it. They made a show of cutting it up and putting the meat and the crispy skin on platters for everyone to help themselves. This was accompanied by moros and yucca. And then to top it off, flan for dessert.

This place was pretty awesome! I went with a few friends after getting a recommendation, and we had a great time enjoying the all you can eat buffet. The portions were generous, and the food was spectacular. I would love to see a bit more variety, though maybe sweet plantains, salad, and some similar sides. Other than that, everything was great. I also highly recommend the lemonade!

The so called mix platter was a bit over priced. It's supposed to feed 4 but I don't know in what world. The tostones with meat were good, the croquettes were excellent. The churrasco was good but the moro was terrible. It was cold and definitely not fresh.

4 stars – Disappointed by the buffet, but the menu saved the day! We traveled from Miami after seeing an ad on Instagram—but honestly, the buffet was disappointing and not what was advertised. It might work for someone on a tight budget, but I wouldn’t recommend it. That said, we decided to switch to the regular menu and… wow! Everything was delicious. My friends and I left super happy. The waitresses were kind, warm, and very attentive, which made a huge difference. The vibe was great too—even though we went for lunch, you can tell this place must be a lot of fun on weekend nights. Also, the coffee was excellent, and the service was fast. We came for the buffet (which was a letdown), but the rest of the experience totally made up for it. For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Super Machi in Miami is a fantastic spot for bold flavors and creative Cuban dishes! Their menu offers a great mix of crispy, saucy, and perfectly seasoned options, with every bite packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. We really enjoyed the oxtail stew and ropa vieja! Their dessert was also not to be missed. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. First time visiting this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very nice and clean, the food was delicious, and the service was great. I definitely recommend checking it out, but keep in mind it gets quite busy on weekends. They also have live music performances, which add to the great atmosphere.
